The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Plant Products:

Due to the delicate nature of live plants, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds for plant products.
